Eric is a passionate Filipino chef whose roots trace back to the bustling hawker centers of Singapore. His culinary journey gave him the unique opportunity to share authentic Singaporean dishes in Bicol, Philippines, where he founded and manages KixKaye Singaporean Hawker Food House.

Guided by his philosophy of “authentic flavors, crafted with heart”, Eric has earned a reputation for delivering dishes that balance tradition and creativity.
